A straightforward, five-step process from intake to confirmation.
1. Tell us about your trip
Entry and exit points, trip date, and estimated miles, then your vehicle's declared weight bracket and axle count if applicable. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. We calculate your mileage tax
Using Oregon DOT's official weight-mile tax rate schedule, we compute the exact tax for your declared weight and estimated miles, plus our flat filing fee, shown before you pay.
3. Pay securely
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. We review and file
Our team checks your submission for completeness, then files your trip permit with Oregon DOT on your behalf.
5. You get confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation once your permit has been filed, along with a copy for your records.
